THIS IS HOW TRUZZ WORKS

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE LENGTH OF A TRUZZ?

Frame Sections

Frame Sections

The length of a frame section (horizontal ladder, triangular and square) is measured from coupling center to coupling center. The longest dimension of a frame section is always considered the length. Standard lengths start at 1 meter and increase in 25 cm increments.
The longest one-piece frame section is 3 meters.

Vertical Ladder Frame Section

Vertical Ladder Frame Section

The name may seem unusual, as all frame sections normally have unequal ends. With the Vertical Ladder Frame Section, however, this is different. This frame section has main tubes of equal length. An additional section can be connected using the couplings and rotated from -60° to +60°. This makes it easy to create triangular, square, or rectangular frames. That is why the name frame section is appropriate.
The longest one-piece frame section is 3 meters.

Length Sections

Length Sections

Truzz length sections are straight Truzz sections used to create long, continuous structures. The length sections can be connected to each other using an M8 rotating coupling. The rotating coupling is available for Ladder Truzz and 4-Point Truzz. Triangular elements use a screw-coupling system.
The longest one-piece length section is 3 meters.

WHAT DOES THE ANGLE INDICATION IN THE DESCRIPTION MEAN

CONSTRUCTION ANGLE = 2 × ANGLE OF THE FRAME SECTION.

CONSTRUCTION ANGLE = 2 × ANGLE OF THE FRAME SECTION.

The angle shown in the product name is the angle of the individual frame section. When two identical frame sections are connected to each other, the final construction angle is created.
Example:
Triangular Frame Section 45° L 200 + Triangular Frame Section 45° L 200 = 90° angle
Triangular Frame Section 30° L 200 + Triangular Frame Section 30° L 200 = 60° angle
Triangular Frame Section 22.5° L 200 + Triangular Frame Section 22.5° L 200 = 45° angle
Formula:
Construction angle = 2 × angle of the frame section.
