Warranty of your Truzz® system
For a period of 24 months, we will repair, free of charge, any damage due to defective materials or manufacturing faults, provided the equipment is shipped, carriage paid, to our warehouse.
The warranty period begins on the day of delivery, proven by proof of purchase such as an invoice or delivery note, or copies thereof.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by transportation, negligent use, overloading of the equipment or parts subject to normal wear and tear. Nor does it cover damage resulting from misuse due to failure to follow the safety instructions in the Truzz® manual.
The warranty will be void if parts other than original AVIVA parts have been used or if modifications to our design have been made by third parties.
Warranty repairs do not renew or extend the warranty period.
In the event of a warranty claim, such as a malfunction or the need for replacement parts, you can contact AVIVA b.v.
The manufacturer is not liable for indirect consequential damages and financial losses.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any modifications to the Truzz® system, nor for any damage resulting from such modifications.
