Refund policy

Returning a standard Truzz® part or construction is easy.
Send the items in their original packaging to our warehouse in Enschede. Please note that returns must be shipped prepaid (i.e., with postage paid by you). Use our return label for the address. Just let us know and we’ll gladly send it to you. Custom-made items are excluded from return.

If we receive the goods undamaged, we will refund the purchase amount (including VAT, if applicable) to the bank account we have on file within 7 working days.

Return policy summary:

• Returns accepted up to 30 days after the invoice date
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• No restocking fees
• No returns on final sale items
