CONNECTING STRAIGHT SECTIONS
Connect straight sections with 50 cm increments
A long Truzz straight section is easily created by connecting shorter straight sections (available in lengths of 100 cm, 150 cm, 200 cm, etc.). Because an additional V-brace is added every 50 cm, the braces continue seamlessly after connecting the sections.
Installation tip: When connecting two sections, the last brace of the first section and the first brace of the next section should face the same direction.
Connect straight sections in 25 cm increments
Do you want to create a length that ends in a 25 cm increment? Then use a 1.25 m, 1.75 m, 2.25 m or 2.75 m straight section as the final section. The brace direction of these sections aligns seamlessly with the standard straight sections in 50 cm increments.
By installing the 25 cm increment section last, the braces continue smoothly across the entire length, creating one clean, continuous structure.
Lengthparts
Truzz straight sections are used to create long, continuous Truzz structures. The sections can be connected using an M8 rotating coupler. This rotating coupler is available for 2-point Truzz and 4-point Truzz. Triangle Truzz sections use a screw coupling system.
The longest straight section available as a single piece is 3 metres.
The TRUZZ coupler
Truzz sections longer than 3 metres are assembled from multiple straight sections. Two connection systems are available:
1. Rotating coupler: 2-point Truzz and 4-point Truzz are connected using our unique rotating coupler.
2. Screw coupling: 3-point Truzz straight sections are connected using a screw coupling system.
